This Privacy Notice has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII is any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person.
MyData Trust SA (“MDT”), as the Controller of the personal data, has committed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.
