Introduction to the GDPR

Regulation, more commonly known as the GDPR.

You will be guided by KIM, who will be your coach throughout the presentation and all of your courses. She will guide you through the training and help you build your understanding of the fundamentals of the GDPR.

Program

How it works

You will start with an introduction to the GDPR in order to make sure that you know the basics of the European regulation. Then, Kim will explain the objectives of the GDPR and define the Territorial Scope. After a short overview of the history of data protection, you will start to learn about the new roles and new rules. Once this is understood, Kim will ensure that you know the specific terms of the GDPR and will give you a few examples to demonstrate why the GDPR matters. Before to conclude, she will present you the different key actors of the creation of the GDPR.
