You will be guided by KIM, who will be your coach throughout the presentation and all of your courses. She will guide you through the training and help you understand the course.
Kim will start this course by a simple but complete explanation of “What is a DPO?” Once everything is clear, she will explain when you need to appoint one and how you should operate in practice. This “operational” part of the course is essential because it will give you the keys to implement the GDPR effectively and to avoid common mistakes.
Everyone who work / have a regular contact with a DPO or is / will become a DPO him/herself.
Even if there not a minimum level in GDPR to have to become DPO, this is highly recommended to follow some trainings, especially if the company is dealing with health personal data.
If the person doesn’t master the basics of the GDPR, he/she should combine this course with the one of the “Introduction to the GDPR”.
